A survey of an industrial area in the northern part of Pardes Hanna, covering an area of 357 dunams. The area includes agricultural land and buildings that were constructed for a large British military camp during World War II. After the establishment of the state of Israel, the buildings served as an immigrant camp (Ma'abara). The survey includes 25 historical buildings, including water towers, cinema, roads and infrastructures, landscape and more  . The historical value of the site is expressed in the original planning grid that has survived and functions to this day, in the vegetation, and of course in the buildings. The survey was conducted as part of a new master plan, in which some of the buildings were designated for preservation and new roads and paths were created, including sections of the British Mandate period soling roads, which were designated as scenic walking paths.
