Planning Projects

A conservation and building addition project in the heart of the ultra-Orthodox neighborhood of Beit Yisrael, focusing on a historic structure from the early twentieth century.
The project involved the conservation of a row of historic buildings, the addition of new floors above them, and the construction of separate new structures alongside the existing ones. These additions, combined with the preservation of the original building, created a system of internal pathways and courtyards. Various historic stone details were preserved on both the front and rear façades of the building, alongside the integration of new materials such as iron and glass.
