A residence house located on the shores of the Sea of Galilee (Kinneret), approximately one kilometer north of Tiberias, built in the 1930s for Dr. Archibald Clinton Harte, the Secretary-General of the YMCA in the region. Following Harte's passing, the structure served as a resort and guesthouse.
The complex was later expanded with a chapel, a pool and additional structures. The proportions of the main building and the construction using concrete, and basalt stone are characteristic of the environment. However, several unique elements exist, such as the building's cruciform and its pointed arch openings.
In 2016, a fire broke out at the site, destroying many of the unique architectural elements, including original Damascene wood wall claddings, which were graphically reconstructed within the documentation file.
