A commercial, office, and residential building constructed in the 1930s in Haifa's Lower City. The structure was commissioned by partners Ahmed Farid and Zuhdi Malhas and designed by architect Mansour Azzam. It is one of four buildings designed and built collaboratively by both Jewish and Arab residents of Haifa.

The building was primarily designed in the International Style but also incorporates richer characteristics typical of Art Deco, including plaster ornamentation, ornate railings, patterned concrete tiles, and more.

The documentation file details the existing condition using drawings and photographs, and includes a reconstruction of the original, preserved state. T This documentation was prepared as part of the building's rehabilitation and the addition of new floors.
