Apartment renovation in a building dating back to the 1930s. The design strategy focused on maximizing spatial efficiency while preserving the original architectural character of the structure. The original terrazzo tiles were carefully dismantled and subsequently reinstalled after a renewal of the apartment's infrastructure.
