A comprehensive renovation of a 1950s apartment within a typical four-unit residential building. The scope of work involved the removal of numerous load-bearing walls and their replacement with a system of steel beams and columns to create large, unified living spaces. Additionally, an exit was opened to the roof, where a retractable glass roof structure was installed.
